Infinite Shaktis of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu, RigVeda and "Shree Bhagavata-Purana", 8.23.29

The translator of "Shree Bhagavata-Purana" (Motilal Banasirdass edition) notes, that the Verse 8.23.29 of "Shree Bhagavata-Purana" is connected with RigVeda, Mantra 1.154.1.

Below, in blue,  the translation from Motilal Banasirdass edition:

पारं महिम्न उरुविक्रमतो गृणानो

And the following is the excerpt from 2009 Rig-Veda edition by Sri Aurobindo Kapali Sastry Institute of Vedic Culture:

Both these Pramanas (Puranika and Vaidika) are very useful to know, because they speak not only about Sharira-Shariri and Vishva-Vishnu-Siddhanta, but about Innumerable Gunas (Ananta Mahatmya) of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu as well!

And the Siddhanta about Innumerable Gunas of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu is also the crucial part of Shree Ramanuja-Siddhanta.

See, for example, the Tika by Shree RamanujAcharya to "Shree Bhagavad-Gita", 11.2:

भवाप्ययौ हि भूतानां श्रुतौ विस्तरशो मया ।
त्वत्तः कमलपत्राक्ष माहात्म्यमपि चाव्ययम् ॥ ११.२ ॥
bhavApyayau hi bhUtAnAM shrutau vistarasho mayA |
tvattaH kamalapatrAkSha mAhAtmyamapi chAvyayam || 11.2 ||
"Shree Bhagavad-Gita", 11.2: "The origination and dissolution of all beings, O Krishna, (as issuing from You) have been heard verily by me at length as also Your Immutable Greatness".
The Tika by Shree RamanujAcharya:

"Likewise, beginning from the 7th and ending with the 10th discourse, the origination and dissolution of all beings other than You (Bhagavan Shree Narayana), as issuing from You, the Supreme Self, have been heard at length by me (Arjuna).

Your Unlimited Greatness, Immutable And Eternal, Your Principalship (Sheshitva) over all sentient and non-sentient things, Your Supreme Greatness consisting of the host of Auspicious Attributes like Knowledge, Strength etc., Your being The Supporter of all things and Actuator of all activities like thinking, blinking etc., have also been heard.

Here the term, ‘hi’ (verily) expresses the desire to have the vision which is going to be revealed".

Check also, for example, the Verse 8.5.6 of "Shree Bhagavata-Purana", which says:

तस्यानुभावः कथितो गुणाश्च परमोदयाः
भौमान् रेणून् स विममे यो विष्णोर्वर्णयेद्गुणान् ८.५.६
tasyAnubhAvaH kathito guNAshcha paramodayAH
bhaumAn reNUn sa vimame yo viShNorvarNayedguNAn 8.5.6
Translation: "It is impossible to calculate all the Gunas of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu in the same manner as it is impossible to calculate all the dust particles in the Universe".
And the very beautiful Verse 8.3.9 of "Shree Bhagavata-Purana" - this Verse tells about Infinite Shaktis of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu:

तस्मै नमः परेशाय ब्रह्मणे ऽनन्तशक्तये
अरूपायोरुरूपाय नम आश्चर्यकर्मणे ८.३.९
tasmai namaH pareshAya brahmaNe .anantashaktaye
arUpAyorurUpAya nama AshcharyakarmaNe 8.3.9
Translation: "I bow again and again to Bhagavan Shree Narayana, the Brahman of Infinite Shaktis, Who, (though) devoid of forms, possesses Innumerable Forms and performs Miraculous Activities".
