This is "Shree Lakshmi-ChaturVimshati Stotram" from "Shree Skanda-Purana" ("Shree VenkataChalaMahatmyam").
UNIC-version had been made by me from the printed version from prapatti.com (thanks very much to this site).
After re-typing "Shree Lakshmi-ChaturVimshati" into UNIC, I have made additional research and it turned out that this Version of "Shree Lakshmi-ChaturVimshati" is from "Shree VenkataChalaMahatmya".
It was a marvel, that I have found just one nearly extinct, but cached Sanskrit version of Vaishnava-Khanda of "Shree Skanda-Purana" in the web (link and I have saved - now on my box and dropbox). This cached copy of Vaishnava-Khanda is very useful, when you check Sanskrit Verses.
I loved very much Mantra ॐ बिल्ववनस्थायै नमः (OM bilvavanasthAyai namaH - Shreemati MahaLakshmi-Devi, Who Loves to Live in Bilva Forests) from this ChaturVimshati.

It is also the favourite Mantra of Shreemati MahaLakshmi-Devi, as Shreemati MahaLakshmika-Devi loves to live in Bilva Forests and Gardens (while Bhagavan Shree Vishnu extremely loves Kadamba Gardens).
