Shreemati Radharani-Devi traditionally has the crores (thousands) of Sakhis, but usually we speak about Ashta-Sakhis or
Ashta-Gopis (also known as "KayaVyuha"-concept, please see "Shree Chaitanya-Charitamrita", Madhya 8.165 and further)!

In "Shree MahEshwara-Tantra", a part of "Shree Narada-PanchaRatra", Shiva tells the rare Names of those Gopis, who descended on Earth during Vrindavana-Bhumika-Leela together with Shreemati Radharani-Devi:

Sundari, Svarnavarna, Ramyangi,
Svarnamalini, Lalita, Chitravarna,
Vishakha, Vijaya, Jaya,
Sukundala, Kundalini, Malini,
Svarnamanjari, Manjughosha, Vichitra,
Devasena, Varuthini, Gauri,
Chitrambara, Tanvi, Chandralekha,
Manojava, Ajita, Jayini,
Shyama, Balaki, Vimalaprabha,
Tara, Kuranganayana, Kamala,
Vanamalika, Nitya, Vilasini,
Tamra, Ananga, Anangamalini,
Anangamekhala, Madhvi, Mohini,
Madanavati, Pushpavati, Hemalata,
Hemamala, Manobhava, Karpuragandha,

After that Shiva tells that in reality it is difficult to count all the Sakhis of Shreemati Radharani-Devi, but during Bhumika-Leela around 12000 Sakhis of Shreemati Radharani-Devi inhabited the harems of Krishna in Vrindavan:
