Starting from the 2nd part I will also publish Pramans in Sanskrit (not only in English), because I have started the checking of Pramanas from the English edition by Motilal Banasirdass with the Sanskrit edition by Vedic Reserve (you can find Vedic Reserve Sanskrit edition #here).
Upon checking Shrishti-Khanda no discrepancies have been found - chapters, verses enumeration in the English edition repeats the Sanskrit one, which is great, because it means, that we have 2 trustworthy editions!
In the enumeration below "1" stands for "Shrishti-Khanda", that is, for example, "1.15.37" = "Shrishti-Khanda, Verse 15.37".
Verse 1.15.377 belongs to the extended chain of Pramanas dwelling on "Whom devatas consider to be
a brahmana?" theme:
विमुक्तः सर्वसंगेभ्योमुनिराकाशवस्थितः ।
विष्णुप्रियकरःशांन्तसतंदेवाब्राह्मणंविदुः । ।
vimuktaH sarvasaMgebhyomunirAkAshavasthitaH |
viShNupriyakaraHshAMntasataMdevAbrAhmaNaMviduH | |
"Shree Padma-Purana", 1.15.377: "Devatas look upon him as a brahmana, who is a sage free from all attachments, does what is dear to Bhagavan Shree Vishnu and calm".
In the verses 1.17.17-18 Bhagavan Shree Vishnu predicts that He will appear as Shree Krishna-Avatara on the Earth and that it will be just a Divine Leela (that is Shree Krishna will be just a Leela-Avatara or Krida-Avatara of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu):
आवतारंकरिष्येहंसाक्रीडातुभविष्यति ।
यदानंदप्रभृतयोह्मवतारंधरातले । ।
AvatAraMkariShyehaMsAkrIDAtubhaviShyati |
yadAnaMdaprabhRRitayohmavatAraMdharAtale | |
"Shree Padma-Purana", 1.17.14-15: "For the fulfillment of a divine mission I (Bhagavan Shree Vishnu) shall be born in your family (among Gopis and Gopas). It will just be a sport (Krida, Leela). When Nanda and others will be born on the earth, I shall stay among them".
In the verses 1.17.180-215 Bhagavan Shree Vishnu pronounces "108 Names of Shreemati Savitri-Devi" and enumerates 108 Shakti-Tirthas.
If you are a Vaishnava, you will notice, that Bhagavan Shree Vishnu also mentions Shreemati Rukmini-Devi in Dwaraka and Shreemati Radharani-Devi in Dwaraka. Why? The reason is that according to "Shree Padma-Purana" and some other Puranas Dwaraka and Vrindavana belong to Shakti-Pithas.
The below Sanskrit version of "Shree Savitri-Devi's 108 Names" had been prepared by me: I have re-typed it via Google Input Tools and proofread, so it has no mistakes and ready for daily recitation:

Phala-Shruti to 108 Names of Shree Savitri-Devi: "I (Bhagavan Shree Vishnu) have enumerated these 108 Names of Shree Savitri-Devi. I have also told the Names of 108 Shakti-Tirthas.
He who mutters or hears these Names will be free from all sins. He, the best of men, who bathes in these sacred places and sees Shree Savitri, will, being freed from all sins, live in the city of Brahma for a Kalpa. A man who recites these 108 Names in the vicinity of Brahma, on the full-moon or the new-moon day will have many sons.
He, who listens to the above-mentioned 108 Names at the time of offering a cow or a shraddha or everyday at the time of offering worship to devatas, reaches Supreme Brahman".
In the verses 1.17.258-261 Shreemati Gayatri-Devi (addressing to Bhagavan Shree Vishnu) predicts future Rama-Avatara of Bhagavan Shree Vishnu and mentions Santanika Lokas.

"Shree Padma-Purana", 1.17.258-261 (words of Shreemati Gayatri-Devi): "O Vishnu, when You will take an Incarnation (Avatara) on Martya-Loka (planet Earth), You will, with Your Brother, experience great grief due to the kidnapping of Your Wife (Shreemati Sita-Devi). You will, having killed Your enemy rescue Your Wife in the presence of devatas. Having accepted Her and having governed the kingdom again, You will go to Svarga-Loka.
You will rule for 11000 years and then will go to heaven (Svarga). You will enjoy great fame in the world and will love people. O Vishnu, those men who would be emancipated by You in the form (i.e. Incarnation) of Rama, will go to the celebrated worlds called Santanika (Santanika Lokas)".
The verses 1.17.280-284 are dedicated to very exquisite Vaidik Siddhanta, proclaimed by Shreemati Gayatri-Devi:
गायत्रीसारमात्रोपिवरंविप्रःसुसंयतः ।
नायंत्रितश्चतुर्वेदीसर्वाशीसर्वविक्रयी । ।
यस्माद्विप्रेषुसावित्याशापोदत्तःसदस्यथ ।
आत्रदत्तंहुतंचापिसर्वमक्षयकारकम् । ।
दत्तोवरोमयातेनयुष्माकंद्विजसत्तमाः ।
अग्निहोत्रपराविप्रास्त्रिकालंहोमदायिनः । ।
स्वर्गंतेतुगमिष्यंतिसौकविंशतिभिःकुलौः ।
एवंशक्रस्यविष्णोश्चरुद्रस्यपावकस्यच । ।

"Shree Padma-Purana", 1.17.280-284 (words of Shreemati Gayatri-Devi): "Gayatri destroys the sins committed during ten existences or even during a thousand existences and thousand groups of the three ages.
Thus knowing and having muttered prayers in My (Shree Gayatri-Devi) honour you will be forever purifed. There is no doubt or no hesitation about this.
Having muttered, with your heads bowed, My prayers especially with the utterance of "AUM" having three syllables, you will be undoubtedly purifed. I have remained in the eight syllables of the Gayatri metre. This world is pervaded by Me.
Adorned with all the words I am The Mother of the Vedas. The best brahmanas will attain success by muttering My Names with devotion. All of you will have pre-eminence by muttering My Names.
A well-controlled brahmana having just the essence of Gayatri is better than one knowing the four Vedas, but eating everything and selling all things".
