Shreemati Parvati-Devi as शिवप्रिया (shivapriyA)

शिवप्रिया - The Fourth Name of Shreemati Parvati-Devi from "Shree Bhavani Sahasra Stuti".

Artha: The Beloved of Shiva
Who is Entirely
Devoted to Her.

Tika by Jankinath Kaul Kamal: "Shiva manifests Himself through Shakti (शैवीमुखमिहोच्यते  - shaivImukhamihochyate).

Shakti is the power of manifestation.

It is in Her company that Shiva shunned His begging bowl. He came to be recognized among the devotees only after taking the auspicious hand of Parvati.

Till then Shambhu remained unknown.

This is expressed by a devotee:

पूर्वं करग्रहणमङ्गलतो भवत्याः
शम्भुं क एव बुबुधे गिरिराजाकन्ये ।

pUrvaM karagrahaNama~Ngalato bhavatyAH
shambhuM ka eva bubudhe girirAjAkanye |

“O Daughter of the King Mountain! Who knew Shambhu prior to His taking your auspicious hand?”.
