Some technical notes about scans: The scans had been found on archive.org, but both pdf-files were compressed according to ruthless native archive.org-script, which makes pdf-files barely readable even on very powerful computers (they lag and have problems with page renderings, as archive.org uses very strange pdf-compression algorithm!!!).
Fortunately, there were original jp2-files on archive.org too. I have downloaded jp2 and compiled my own pdf-files from them - apart from archive.org I use algorithm which does not compress pdf-files at extreme level! Still if you need original archive.org scans - #part1 and #part2
