UPDATE from 09-dec-2017: old 1967 scan had been replaced by new enhanced 1975 scan (2nd edition, the scan quality is much better than the previous one, links to the new scan):
English annotation by Vishnudut1926: This edition is good only for preliminary study, because actually one must study Shree Shakti-Upanishads from Guru.
Anyway the edition is not bad overall, but English translation gives very obscure text, for example, word "wheel" had been used instead of "Chakra".
Still you won't have problems with understanding if you are initiated into any Shree Vidya-Sampradaya (Shree Ramanuja-Sampradaya and "Shree Lakshmi-Tantra" like me or any Shree Kaula-Sampradaya).
