Note by Vishnudut1926: I have found this incredible edition on archive.org about a week ago. The quality of the scans on archive.org was topsy-torvy, so I have made enchanced scans with straight pages and OCR-layers via NAPS2 and Scan Tailor.
The editions are 95% in English with no extensive Sanskrit text - only some definitions are printed in Devanagari.
