A Gopi did not tie up her hair with the idea of getting it tied with the hands of Bhagavan Shree Krishna...

Om Vishnupad Vadiraja Acharya describes in the following Verses the various mental states of the Gopis Who are abandoned by Bhagavan Shree Krishna.

For Mukta-Jivas is just a Krida, so please don't think that Gopis can suffer.

In reality such Verses can be understood only by Bhaktas in Gopi-Bhavas, that is by Gopis only.

The Verse 13.21 is astonishingly exquisite and LOVELY!

The Verse 13.23 is a classic mental state of a Gopi. I have started to experience it in childhood.

Once you are with Krishna, Shreemati Radharani-Devi or Sakhis, you will have natural inclination ONLY for Their Company and the others (common people, relatives and etc.) will cause disgust and aversion in your soul.

Their houses were similar to the hermitages of the group of the foremost of the sages who had emaciated limbs on account of the observance of hard vows".

Shriman Bhaskararaya Tika:

"The Linga Purana describes the nature of the heretics thus:

"Observers of vows not enjoined in the Vedas and those who are excluded from the ceremonies enjoined by the S'ruti and Smrtis are called heretics, they are not to be spoken with by the Twice-born".

The Brahma-Vaivarta Purana also:

"(1) Puranas, (2) Nyaya, (8) Mimansa, (4) Dharma-S'astras, (5 to 10) the Angas (i.e., the supplement S'iksa to Jyotisa), (11 to 14) the Vedas (four) which are the source of knowledge, these fourteen are the seat of righteousness (Dharmasthana)."

Taking these fourteen: "These are the true, what is beyond these imagined by men is called heresy (पाषण्ड - pASaNDa); this is created by the great confusion for the bewilderment of the Daityas."

If the reading is Pakkanda; it gives the same meaning.

The explanation of the word is:

"Pa" means the meaning of the Vedas and "Khanda" cutting off."

Can Krishna be wound by any weapons? Yes, if these weapons are the "sidelooks of lovelorn women"

Yes, this is Krishna and you can never change Him! Black, Violent and Beautiful!

He was then Himself hit by the arrows known as the sidelooks of the lovelorn women fully opened with joy".

And Our Precious Husband is the Father of Cupid, don't forget. Feel the very euphonic Sanskrit concord of the following verse.

In the houses of Mathura Shreemati Lakshmi-Devi always desired to stay with Her lord.
