I am translating "Shree Radha-Krishna Sahasranam" in English now. 

The arthas for the Most of The Names I know perfectly, but

"Shree Shree Radha Kreepa Kataksha Stava Raja" from Vaishnava-Tantra "Urdhvamnaya-Tantra" (DIY-version from SCRIBD)

I have found this version on SCRIBD, but then lost the link. I liked the design very much.
