The Verse 05.18.08 of "Shreemad Bhagavatam" is the amazing Praman for all those who adore Shree Lakshmi-Narasimha-Vidya and "Shree Narasimha-Tapani-Upanishad", because this Verse says about Bhagavan Shree Lakshmi-Narasimha being the Essence of ॐ (AUM, OM).
I have encountered this Praman while reading "Lakshmi Narasimha karavalambam - Srimad Mukkur Jeeyar" from SADAGOPAN.ORG.
And what makes this Verse more incredible is that it also dwells on क्ष्रौम् (KSHRAUM) BIJA of Bhagavan Shree Lakshmi-NaraSimha, that is this Verse tells about Tantrik Bija!
Another very interesting point to note is that
The Verse says about कर्माशयान् रन्धय रन्धय (karmAshayAn randhaya randhaya) which proves that Bhagavan Shree Lakshmi-NaraSimha grants to a sadhaka the burning of negative Karma vasanas!!!

The aforementioned Verse sounds like this:
ॐ नमो भगवते नरसिंहाय नमस् तेजस्-तेजसे आविर्-आविर्भव वज्र-नख वज्र-दंष्ट्र कर्माशयान् रन्धय रन्धय तमो ग्रस ग्रस ॐ स्वाहा अभयम् अभयम् आत्मनि भूयिष्ठा ॐ क्ष्रौम्

The translation from Sadagopan's edition of "Lakshmi Narasimha karavalambam - Srimad Mukkur Jeeyar": aDiyEn's many namaskArams to Lord Narasimhan, who is the meaning of PraNavam (ॐ) and who illumines many jyotis like sUryan!
Oh Lord with nails like vajram (adamantine)! Oh Lord with cutting teeth (damshTram) like vajram! May Thou present Yourself to us in a splendid form! May Thou chase away all karma vAsanA-s of ours!
May Thou destroy our aj~nAnam! May Thou generate freedom from fear and grant us moksha sAmrAjyam! May Thou of the rUpam of Your bhIjAksharam, kshraum (क्ष्रौम्), reside in our heart lotus!"
The translation from English edition by Motilal Banasirdass: "Salutations to Lord Shree NaraSimha Who is denoted by The Sacred Syllable OM. I bow to The Light of all lights.
Oh Lord, manifest Yourself completely. Oh Lord of Adamantine Claws and Adamant-like Fangs, completely burn down our latent deeds and desires.
Please swallow up all the darkness of our ignorance. We offer our worship to You (OM Svaha). Please confer on me the state of absolute fearlessness.
OM KSHRAUM (a Mystical Syllable sacred to Lord Shree NaraSimha)."
